We handle everything from foundation to finish, delivering beautifully built spaces that last.
It all started the way “just a few projects” usually do, with a simple idea and a wildly optimistic sense of how long paint takes to dry. My sister Kale, an interior designer, came to “help for a weekend” with a vacation home in St. George… and two months later we had repainted, redesigned the kitchen, refurnished the house, and added a hot tub.
During the chaos, Kale’s son Dawson delivered an unforgettable backseat observation:
“Mom… you and Uncle Kirk have OPD. Obsessive Project Disorder.”
We couldn’t argue with him, the diagnosis was spot-on.
That moment named what we already knew: we approach every project with enthusiasm, detail, and an inability to leave “good enough” alone.
And from that honest little comment, OPD Construction was born, built on passion, craftsmanship, and the joy of turning good ideas into exceptional spaces.
A chronic condition characterized by the uncontrollable urge to start new ventures, renovate perfectly good spaces, draw up blueprints at 2 A.M., and say phrases like “I’ll rest when the paint dries.”
Include excessive tool collection, color‑coded spreadsheets, and the inability to drive past a construction site without stopping “just to check it out.”
Currently considered incurable, but manageable with adequate caffeine, supportive family members, and at least three ongoing projects.
Each one built with precision, creativity, and more passion than we probably should admit.
We’ll define your needs, goals, and vision, then build the roadmap to get there.
From development to management, we stay hands-on and detail-driven throughout the entire process.
We hand over a finished space built with excellence, transparency, and heart.
